Our Approach to Subscription
Services
Most other subscription services available to date have simply delivered what the research analysts think the clients want, or worse, should have. Little feedback is incorporated from the customer, despite what the sales exec will tell you before you sign up.
iGR addresses this problem with a fresh new approach: the Flexible Subscription Service (FSS). Rather than ignore our clients, we incorporate their feedback, via the Web, directly into our research schedule. The topics we research are the ones our clients have indicated as priorities.
iGR offers two types of subscription services: our main services (Wireless & Mobile Industries and Enterprise Wireless & Mobile); and the smaller Focus On services. The Focus On services address specific subjects in the mobile industry and are subsets of the larger services.
How we do it
At the beginning of each quarter,
iGR publishes a list of suggested research titles and subjects on its Web site. Clients are sent an email containing a link to a site that will allow them to prioritize the research for that quarter. There is also an area to suggest research topics that are not listed – it is that easy. We then compile the results and start work on the most popular topics, to be delivered as either Market Studies or Market Briefs.
Since this process is repeated at the beginning of each quarter, our published research addresses what is current in the industry and the issues facing your business. You set the research agenda!
What if I am the only person interested in a specific area?
Do not worry! Since each FSS includes time for Custom Research, we can easily address your needs on a one-to-one basis. Or, depending on your time frames, schedule the research for the next quarter. Either way, we will work with you to get you the information you need when you need it!
Deliverables
Each subscription includes the following deliverables:
- Market Studies – major market studies of between 50 and 100 pages
- Market Surveys – each subscription service includes primary research of end users.
- Market Briefs – these shorter documents (20 – 40 pages) are published more frequently
- Custom Research – each FSS subscription includes inquiry hours to be used as required. And of course, you can easily add hours as required.
- Honoraria – each subscription includes a custom presentation to be delivered by iGR at the client’s requested location (client pays travel expenses). Sales meetings, customer conferences, user groups and developer meetings can all be accommodated!
